BND Inc. is a custom software company providing our custom product, Axiom Elite, to higher education customers.

‍Overview:

An Inside Sales Representative is primarily responsible for selling products and services to clients by emailing, calling, or following up with potential leads. Axiom is looking for someone who is assertive, a good listener, and confident. We are looking for a deal-closer, someone who can find new leads, follow those leads, and make conversions. You are expected to follow up with new and returning leads and establish yourself as a trusted representative of the Axiom team. The Inside Sales Representative reports to the Director of Sales and Partnerships.‍

Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound emails and calls
  • Understand client needs and requirements
  • Route qualified prospects to the appropriate team member for further scoping if needed
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research clients, identify key players, and generate interest
  • Perform demos to prospects
  • Generate professional services for current clients‍

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales experience preferred
  • Higher education experience required
  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with internal productivity systems and web presentation tools
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to respond in an efficient and timely manner
